Barbara has studied and worked in the health field in both the USA and Australia for over 20 years. She earned a B.A. combining studies in mental and physical health with an emphasis on dance and movement therapies. She received her Diploma for Remedial Massage from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies and is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society. Barbara believes in balancing an active lifestyle with relaxation techniques to help cope with stress and injury. She has found that massage is an ideal way to generate a sense of wellbeing and to improve overall health and vitality.
